If you have wondered why Rochelle Walensky, the "Director of the CDC" comes across as such a ditz, or how it could be that such a person also heads up something called, "The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR)" headquartered in Chamblee, Georgia, it is because her main function is Psyops spokesman for the massive Globalist hydra I describe below.

How many of you know that the Federal Reserve is a private organization that dresses itself as "an agency of the U.S. Federal Government." Here is their official statement from their site. 

 

"The Federal Reserve was created in 1913 by the Federal Reserve Act to serve as the nation's central bank. The Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., is an agency of the federal government and reports to and is directly accountable to the Congress." This paragraph is a blatant lie, the real power controlling America officially covered up. 

 

The CDC, one of the largest Patient holders globally, an institution that holds multiple patients for bioweapons, is a part of the Federal Government, just like the Federal Reserve. In other words, it does not answer to the Federal Government. It was founded by the Rockefeller Foundation, as The Office of Malaria Control (before WWII) morphed into Communicable Disease Center with more foundation money, became the National Communicable Disease Center, taking on a semi-official national persona, in the 70s, it was the Center for Disease Control, it went official globalist in the 80s and became the CenterS for Disease Control, (operations in many countries) It claims to be under the "jurisdiction" of the U.S. Government. Still, it is not an agency of the Federal government any more than the Federal Reserve is. 

 

In the nineties when Newt Gingrich created House hearings to question their human gene research, the head of the CDC mocked congressmen who were worried about the recombination of DNA, which the CDC was doing in the laboratory. People were worried that their work, creating hybrid DNA, could escape the level four labs. Again mockingly, he said, "Congressman, Viruses do not recombine in nature; only we expert microbiologists can do this in the laboratory."

That DNA does not recombine in nature was a great lie; they knew it was a great lie, because all of the bioweapons research was based on naturally occurring recombination of DND in nature. These are called retroviruses. At that time, having their ethics and work safety standards questioned, the CDC formed the CDC Foundation. 

 

"The CDC Foundation, which began operating in 1995, supports numerous program activities that extend the impact of CDC's work. Although the CDC Foundation was chartered by Congress, it is not a government agency nor is it a division of CDC." The part of the CDC that pretends to be an agency of the Federal Government functions as the public relations arm of the Foundation, which its many patients and Corporate donorship finance. Robert Woodruff, the Coca-Cola magnate, donated the present facility on Clifton Road adjacent to the Emory University campus. Here is the part that rarely gets told. The CDC operated in partnership with an entity created in 1951, by the CIA and Military Intelligence to work on biological weapons, called Epidemic Intelligence Service. TODAY, the CDC controls the EIS, which they claim is just an "educational service," and runs something else called The Center for Surveillance, Epidemiology, and Laboratory Services (CSELS). This is the center of operations for the Plandemic, and it is not controlled by the Federal Government but is a Globalist Corporate/government power base.
