He conjectured that the decline in culture hibernated during the cold war and suddenly and rapidly declined following the fall of the Berlin Wall. I said, "There is not one ounce of proof for that idea." History tells quite a different story. By the time the Berlin wall fell, America had nothing of genuine cultural significance to share with the former Communist states. Still, they were quickly sucked into the abyss of Western degradation, except for Russia. It was a fifteen-year battle in Russia to decide whether they would follow the Judeo-Luciferian Culture of the West. Ultimately, at least for now, Orthodox Christianity won out.

Chisholm redefined health to include “mental” health, and presented a paper entitled “The Psychiatry of Enduring Peace and Social Progress” to the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) in 1946 which “reinterpreted” (eradicated) the word “morality.”
